• The Villa is rented out on a weekly basis from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am (the hours can change in consultation if the situation permits) from april until the end of october.
• All bed and bath linen, beach towels, water, electricity wifi, Sonos, Tv with streaming options, the use of washing machine and dryer, maintenance of the swimming pool and garden are included in the rent.
• Barranco Fundo is rented out smoke-free, therefore smoking is only allowed on the outside terraces.
• Pets are not allowed.
• For special occasions, you can have dinner prepared at home by a local chef. Please ask us for the contact details.
• You can bring Nespresso capsules (distributor in Faro) or compatible ones available in every supermarke.
• The swimming pool is maintained on Wednesday and Saturday morning and the grass is mowed on Friday morning. These people have the code of the entrance gate, so you do not have to take this into account.
• You will be welcomed on arrival and shown around the house (in Dutch or English) and you will find a book with extensive practical information on site.
• It is recommended to discover the Algarve by car. We are happy to give you suggestions for car rental companies.
• If you have a question, a comment or a request regarding a possible stay, do not hesitate to email us.
• The Cottage is rented out for a stay of two weeks minimum from november until the end of march for max 4 people.
• All bed and bath linen, water, wifi, Sonos, use of dishwasher and washing machine, maintenance of pool and garden are included in the rental price.

The Villa 2025

• High season July, August € 4585/week  (from june 28 – august 30 2025)
• Mid season May, June, September,  €3290/week
• Major maintenance and upgrade of the house and garden is carried out in the winter months. If you are interested during those months, The Cottage is available for 4 persons from october – end of april  (see below).
• Cleaning of the house and surroundings after your stay 200 €.
• An interim cleaning can be done on request.
• If you would like to thoroughly explore the Algarve and rent Barranco Fundo for 2 weeks, all bed and bath linen will be replaced and there will be a fast cleaning after the first week at 100€.
• An extra cleaning upon request at 100€ (linen change NOT included).
• The rental deposit of 1000 € will be refunded within 1 week after your stay if the house is found in the same condition as upon arrival.

• Your stay will be registered by us after recieving an advance of 30%. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your stay.
• If you cancel the booking more than 60 days before your stay, we will refund the full advance. If you cancel your booking 60 to 30 days before your  stay, you will receive 50% of the paid amount back. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before your stay, we cannot refund your payment. A possible change of dates within the same season is a possibility we can discuss.

The Cottage 2024-2025-2026

• Winter 2024/2025 Available october – end april for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. Price for 2 weeks €1190, every additional week at €595.
• Winter 2025/2026 Available october – end april for a minimum stay of 2 weeks. Price for 2 weeks €1260, every additional week €630.
• Final cleaning at €150
• Extra cleaning upon request at €100
• Double set of bed-bad and kitchen linens provided.
• The rental deposit of €500 will be refunded within 1 week after your stay if no damages have occured.
